A nose of wet rock and potpourri, this vintage is edgy, lively and full of earth.  Caramelized sugar and exceptional toasted oak lighten the mouthfeel to allow the tannins to play.  The finish is earth and pepper, which is expected from our estate grown Cab Franc.  Sit and relax as this wine gets better by the minute.

Aged 19 months in French oak.  pH 3.47, TA 7.34, 14.5% Alcohol, 98% Cabernet Franc, 2% Pt. Verdot.
